Sometimes, this leads to people asking a question along the lines of: “Does Finn Law Group engage in lobbying efforts on behalf of consumers?”

 

Our own Michael Finn recently took on this common consumer question in a video interview, which you may view below:

And here’s a transcript of his remarks:

“Indeed we do. This is a function that not a lot of law firms engage in but, because of the very specific practice we’re in, assisting consumers, we have found it necessary to go to Tallahassee, which is our state capital, to engage in the lobbying process. Our lobbying attempts have been successful in some cases, not as successful in other cases.”
